My “Go-To” Gluten Free Meals – My Top 10 Gluten Free Recipes

When we realized my husband had an intolerance to gluten I had to completely rethink the way I cook. Me and the kids haven’t completely cut gluten out of our diets but the nights my husband is home (he works nights) I prefer to only have to cook one meal. In this post you’ll find my list of my “go-to” gluten free meals. These are 10 of our favorite gluten free recipes.

Honey Mustard Chicken

This recipe is really simple, one of the reasons I love it! It’s so flavorful and leaves enough sauce to drizzle over rice, potatoes or whatever side you choose. Here is the original recipe I use from AllRecipes.com. The one tip I will give you for this meal, it can really mess up your baking sheets. I’ve found that using an aluminum tray instead is not only easier for clean up but the chicken comes out a little juicier too!
